Wallace (Wally) Facer was born March 10, 1934 in Cherry Creek, Idaho and he passed away June 2, 2018 in Malad, Idaho.

Wally was educated in Malad, Idaho and went into the Army from September 1956 to September 1958. While serving in the Army, he spent most of his time in Italy. After completing his service, he returned home and farmed for many years. He then took a job at the Oneida County Court House for 14 years. Upon retirement, he mowed lawns until he was 82 years of age. Wally loved to bowl and pitch horse shows.

Wally was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Mary Lacer Nielsen as well as three brothers, Ronnie, Jim and Wayne. He is survived by two sisters, Joann & Louise and three brothers Rex, Larry and Donald.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday June 9, 2018 at 12 noon in the Horsley Funeral Home 132 W. 300 N.  Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home Friday evening from 7-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the service.  Burial will take place in the Malad City Cemetery.
