Downey... Sylvia M. Matthews, beloved wife and Mother passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020.  Sylvia was born on January 4, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland.  She later moved to California and then ended up in Idaho.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Konnstant Matthews.  She had 4 wonderful children; Paulina Mendoza Kowitz, Shannon Spicer, Dwayne Moore and Andre Tomi and also, 10 grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed.
