Downey, Idaho… Sue Ann Bloxham, 73, passed away peacefully in her home in Downey Idaho on Saturday January 9 th , 2022, after a 14 month battle with cancer. Sue was born on October 21 st , 194 8 to Louis and Leslie Bloxham. She was educated in Downey Elementary and Downey Junior High and graduated from Marsh Valley High School in 196 7 . She later attended Ricks College and received her bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in 19 71 . During her time at college, she met her husband, DeLynn Uless Burke and they were married in the Idaho Falls Temple on May 2 9 th , 19 71 . Their life together brought them 7 children and took them through 6 states and 2 continents until they finally settled in Arimo , Idaho where they lived for 2 9 years. Sue was proceeded in death by two of her sons Nick and Bryan, and her parents. She is survived by her husband, her three daughters Staci Burke, Catherine Swanson, and Sara Despain , two of her sons, Jason and Stanley and her two brothers Jon and Mark Bloxham , 1 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services are being held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint s in Arimo , Idaho on Thursday January 13 th , 2022 at 12 noon. A viewing will be held from 7 pm to 8 pm on January 12 th and from 10 :30 am to 11:30 am on the day of the funeral. Both viewing s will also be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Arimo . The burial will follow in the Arimo Cemetery.
