Obituary

Robert Green Morris passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 29, 2011in Pocatello, Idaho at the age of 90 from natural causes. He was born on January 6, 1921 in McCammon, Idaho, the son of Joseph Stephen & Alice Elvira Morris.

Robert served in the Army Air Force during World War II. After his military service he served an honorable LDS mission to Texas. Following his mission, Robert met his sweetheart Lula Cammack and they were married in the Logan LDS Temple on August 10, 1949. They had 8 children, 36 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.

Robert was a faithful member of the LDS church and served in many church callings. He loved to read and spend time with his children and grandchildren. He was a hard worker and loved to help his son on the ranch.

Robert is survived by his children Connie Sue(Daryl) Chandler, Spanish Fork, UT; Daniel Robert (Cindy), Ashland, OR; Randal Lee (Barbara), Arimo, ID; Val Jay (Kathy), Mesquite, NV; Mormon Cleve (Shauna), Patterson, CA; Alan Kent (Silvia) Orem, UT. He is also survived by one sister Ruth Bingham (Fred). He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife (Lula), daughter (LuAnn), son (Joseph), grandson (Andrew), eight sisters and one brother.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Arimo LDS Stake Center. Friends may visit with the Morris family on Thursday, June 2, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Horsley's Marsh Valley Funeral Home, 570 N. Meadowview Dr. and again on Friday from 11:30-12:45 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Norton Cemetery.
