Bob was born in Kaysville, Utah to Leo and Artell Love Foxley. His family moved to Layton when he was a young boy and worked hard with his siblings on their family farm. He graduated Davis High School in 1952 and drafted into the Army from 1956-58. After leaving the Army he attended Weber State University.
He married Sharron Murray in 1962. They had one son, Brett Foxley, and he also helped raise her three children from a previous marriage, Blake (Linda), Michelle and Lori. They later divorced.
In 1979 he remarried again, to Sandra (Sandy) Daniels Harris. She brought with her two children, Shayne and Ryan whom he also raised. Bob and Sandy built a summer home in Idaho, where they worked and played hard together with family and friends each summer.
He worked for Weber Music Co. for 45 years. He loved his job and made many lasting friendships.
His hobbies included golf, hunting, watching the Jazz, and cheering on his grandchildren at their activities. He enjoyed his friends at the senior center every morning.
