Rickie Dean Bloxham, 74, of Chubbuck, Idaho, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 20, 2024, surrounded by family. Rickie was born November 27, 1949 to Dean (Joe) and Melba Bloxham in Malad, Idaho. Rick was an avid sports fan; where he loved to play golf. He enjoyed going to the Pressbox on Saturday evenings for steak, shrimp, and a beer to watch the Yankees. With that, Rick even got to coach his own Little League Yankees to a championship; He was a hard working man. He worked many years at Downey Lumber where he was known for his contagious smile, teasing ways, and developed a great love for his customers. Rick is survived by his wife Karen of 50 years, his son Travis, step grand daughters Rylie and Alyssa Naegele, brother Jeff (Juli), sisters Wendy (Clark) Jody, sister in law Mary (Bob), and several nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to the family to help with final expenses.
