Malad.....Martin Dean Allred, 51, of Malad, husband of Jullie Coburn Allred, passed away on December 8, 2008 at his home. He was born October 14, 1957 in Ogden, Utah, a son of Frank Gale and Ruth Wilcox Allred. Martin grew up and was educated in Willard, Utah. As a young man, Martin joined the U.S. Army, where he served for a year. He married Jullie Coburn July 30, 1979 in Ely, Nevada, and they have resided in Malad since 1989. Martin was a skilled welder and had been self employed as well as working for others. Martin enjoyed Harley-Davidson motorcycles, remote control cars and the outdoors. He is survived by his wife; Jullie of Malad; children; Jason; Dave (Jessica) both of Idaho Falls; Christine (Jeff) Germer of Deweyville, Ut.; Rocky (Megan) of Casper, Wyo. His parents; Gale and Ruth Allred; brothers; Dan, Mike, Ed, Max, Greg and Eric; two grandchildren and his dog "tigger". Memorial servivces were held on Friday December 12, 2008 at 12 noon in the Victory Baptist Church 448 S. Main in Malad, with Pastor Jack Harwell, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Horsley Funeral Home.
