Janiel Blowers' Obituary
Janiel Blowers, 74, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2014. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 27 at 1:00 p.m. in the Downey City Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00-12:45 p.m. at the Downey LDS Church prior to the service.
