Jack C. Evans, age 76, passed away on March 2, 2024, in Whitesboro, Texas. He was born on July 23, 1947, in Downey, Idaho. He was preceded in death by his parents John Owens Evans and Gladys Christensen Evans.

Jack married Paula Tolboe, they later divorced. Throughout his years, Jack resided in Malad City, ID, Collinston, Utah and Whitesboro, Texas.

Jack attained his high school diploma before embarking on a dedicated career as an entrepreneur. Jack retired in 2003, but never really retired. Jack had the ability to fix almost anything with his hands. He enjoyed making custom wood furniture for family and friends, a good horse ride, and chasing big Idaho mule deer.

Jack was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Jack leaves behind his children and their spouses John Evans, Chris and Darlene Evans and MaCade and Jacki Evans. Along with eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a graveside service scheduled for Thursday, March 14, 2024, at Downey Cemetery at 11 A.M..
