Malad - Glen Joseph Edwards, 82, also known as 7up Joe passed away October 15, 2008. Joe was born August 23, 1926 in Downey, Idaho. He was the son of Mary H. Leigh & Chester A. Edwards. He married Glennys Larson on March 3, 1942 and together they had three sons, Gary, Brent & Collin. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Chester L. Edwards, his sister Mary M. Peterson, his sister Ella Willie Housner. He is survived by his sister & brother-in-law Ida Mae & Alfred Olson of Twin Falls, Id, his sons Gary Edwards & Warren Kayl of Oakland, Ca, Brent & JoAnn Edwards of Payette, Id, Collin & Lynn Edwards of Raymond, Wa. He is also survived by grandchildren Brenda Dale, Stacy Ash, Cassy Sykes & JD Edwards and step grandchild Kelly Edwards.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 20, 2008 at 12:00 noon in the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W 300 N, Malad, Idaho. Friends may visit with the family on Monday from 10:30 – 11:45a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Malad City Cemetery with military
