Frances W. Cottam was born on November 06, 1944,
in Whitley Kentucky; she passed away at her home on February 10, 2014. Frances is survived by her husband, Allen, her sister Sue, a sister-in-law, three nieces and her favorite nephew Jeff,three step-daughters, and eight
grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The family requests donations be made
to the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Frances' honor. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 12:00 noon In the Whitney LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday evening from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the church and from 10:30-11:45 a.m. prior to the service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Horsley Funeral Home. Condolences may be sent to www.horsleyfuneralhome.com
