Obituary
Downey, Idaho....David Ray Howell, 61, son of Janiece L. Barney and the late Raymond Howell passed away Tuesday, October 20th, 2015 in Ogden Utah after a sudden illness. He was born January 18th, 1954 in Ogden where he was raised and educated. He had been employed by Howells Expert Window Cleaning Service for the past 33 years.
He is survived by his mother in Downey, Idaho, three brothers, Mitch (Kristine), Ken (Pennie), and Matt (Fran), and one half sister LaVon Barns and several nieces and nephews all in the Ogden area. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandparents Earl and Lillian Howell and LaVell and Jenabell Lake.
Graveside services for David will be held on Saturday, October 31 at 11:00 a.m. in the Downey City Cemetery.
