Clayton Veryl Henrie...Logan, Utah...Clayton Veryl Henrie, 71 resident of Logan, Utah, passed away on Saturday July 27, 2019, following problems with a hip replacement. He was born on September 14, 1947, in Malad City, Idaho a son of Veryl and Reba Henrie. He was raised in Malad City and graduated from Malad High in 1965. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served a mission in the Central German Mission. He went to Utah State University and earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in mathematics. He is survived by his brother Bill (Cindy) Henrie of Tremonton, Utah, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and their husbands, Carole and Delon Archibald and Jean and Dee Checketts. A viewing will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 11 am at the Horsley Funeral Home at 132 W. 300 N. in Malad, then a short service will be at the graveside at 12 noon.
