June 8, 1959 – October 13, 2019
McCammon...Carolyn Jean Boyce Robinson, 60, a lifelong resident of Marsh Valley, crossed the veil Sunday, October 13th, 2019 following several chronic illnesses. Carolyn was born June 8th, 1959 in Idaho Falls, ID. She is the youngest daughter of Myron and Dorothy Boyce. She was raised and attended schools in Marsh Valley. Carolyn worked several years as a Deputy Clerk for the Bannock County Sheriff's Office and also worked in several clerical and administrative positions with companies throughout the Valley. Carolyn was the mother of three daughters that she treasured as jewels in her crown: Kimberly, Tiffenie, and Holly. She always stated that her greatest accomplishment was her daughters. On May 24th, 1986 she married Dale Robinson of Chubbuck, ID. They lived in Chubbuck for a time before settling in McCammon. Carolyn was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She cherished family history work and indexing. She loved listening to Church inspired talks and music. Carolyn had a true passion for the outdoors: camping, hunting, and most of all fishing. Carolyn's favorite place would be sitting on a riverbank with a fishing pole in hand. Carolyn is survived by her husband, Dale Robinson of McCammon and her daughters Kimberly (Ron) Olsen of San Tan Valley, AZ; Tiffenie Christensen of Arimo, ID; Holly (Steven) Saltzman of Meridian, ID and 8 Grandchildren. A brother, Michael (Lana) Boyce of Kennewick, WA; a brother James (Jacque) Boyce of Chubbuck, ID; and a sister Debra (Craig) Swallow of Fort Hall, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 19th at the Arimo Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 286 Henderson Road at 2:00 p.m. with a gathering for family and friends from 1-2 p.m.
