Brent James Howell, 55, passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.   He was born April 11, 1963 in Bellflower CA., the son of Norman L. and Helen Ernstrom Howell.  Brent was educated in Malad, Brigham City, Utah and later attended the Bridgerland Vo-Tec School.  He had worked at various jobs in Utah and Idaho.  He was very helpful, kind and thoughtful of others.  Brent was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.  He is survived by his parents, a brother Norman Reed (Wendy) Howell, uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother; Todd Howell and grandparents ; J. Harold and Martha Howell and Carl and Jennie Nielson Ernstrom.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 29 at 2:00 p.m. in the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. with a viewing for one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Portage, Utah.
